You know most of your clothes are made by sweatshops that employee young children… Are you going to stop wearing clothes???? |
There were no "ties." One board member donated to him. It wasn't a store thing. It was a personal thing. |
It's 22,000 square feet. It's not that tiny. |
I think the traffic has eased since the pandemic started AND once they opened up the road by the new Capital One building — people can cut through from Rt 7 to 123 that way, which resulted in an overall reduction in traffic. My husband and I frequently walk in the Galleria and will sometimes peruse through the other mall. It hasn’t been bad! |
| When is the clearance sale? |
I don't think they'll have much in the way of clearance. I think they will just ship the merchandise to other stores. |
| I hope they move it to fair Oaks Mall. There’s plenty of space and it must be cheaper out here. |
This is funny^ |
| The last time I went they were pretty snotty about plus sizes. Oh well. |

1. LLBean is a garbage store selling garbage, boring stuff.
2. Places like Tysons closing down is good for society. What a cesspool of meaningless consumerism wrapped up in a jumbo parking garage. |
| This thread is so on-brand for DCUM "style." You go to the mall for LL Bean. |
+3 the drivers! OML! |
The staff there are generally unpleasant. Last time I wen tin person was approximately 20 years ago. I called recently about gloves and mittens I reserved online for my kid, but never heard back about ... super snotty. Good riddance. Can't stand stores where employees are so unpleasant. |
Fair Oaks Mall would be a good location - or a free-standing store near Potomac Mills. I think the former Gander Mountain store is vacant. |
Amazing how you are writing in present tense about an incident two decades ago. |
