| Big mistake by the landlord. |
+1 if these landlords don't make something verrry attractive they'll just be ghost-towns. Not office space either. |
| Sad |
| The one at Pike and Rose is tiny. I do not expect that one to last. I feel ike it is just mostly for returns. |
| Ugh. That's such a loss for the mall. |
| That’s bad |
Is Barnes&Nobles not renewing either? |

That is such a bummer. I think I buy a lot more from LL Bean because of the in-person store, especially because it's so large and has luggage and a decent-sized kids' section. It's just the kind of store where I think being able to look at things in person and touch them or try them on makes a big difference. I'm sure we'll still buy online, but less frequently and likely not as much.
I feel like in-person shopping is going the way of the dodo bird, and it's a shame because while it's not like I adore shopping, I actually think it's much more efficient and results in better purchases than online shopping. |

Well, there’s my only reason to ever shop at Tysons - gone!
I’m five miles away and generally avoid Tysons at all costs. |
| Haven’t shopped there since the ties to trump. Good riddance. |
Same here. |
+1. L.L. Bean was the only draw sufficient to get me to brave that awful area and mall. I'm really sorry it's going, though it'd be great if they do find another NoVA location somewhere else. Thanks for the heads-up, OP. |
Same. |
Agree--big landlord mistake unless they already have a really terrific replacement lined up. Now: where might LLBean relocate?? |
