BRYC had their chance with SYC. SYC approached the club a year ago to which they refused and wanted no part in any partnership, they have been approached again by Valor for possibly adding a pipeline but I don't believe those talks are going anywhere. BRYC is just stubborn for help |
This makes sense but what club would consider partnering with the coaches at FCV? That is PR nightmare ready to pop. |
The person that hired said coaches was from which club originally? |
There is no reason for BRYC to merge with FCV. They would ultimately end up losing ECNL either way. Why get walked all over by FCV in the process? |
|
Why does that matter? Very tone deaf in this environment and I can’t believe parents are paying for the privilege. I guess people can change but can organizations take these chances with children? Particularly girls. However, FCV has no real guys program, so I can’t see any advantage for bryc to merge w Fcv. What does it provide at the end of the day. Good fcv players won’t commute to Fairfax and will all leave. |

Lol. “TSJ connection which will draw enough player to be competitive”. Funny stuff |
Good point. What does TSJ do to attract players? |
This is incorrect. ECNL has dropped clubs in the past for sustained poor performance (VA Beach is one), and would do it again if warranted. |
Uhhh what club at the Beach got dropped from ECNL? |
| Think they mean VA Rush. |
Yeah I figured. Rush was DA and Beach was CCL. Nothing ECNL down at the beach |
Wrong - VA Rush was girls ECNL and Boys DA |
|
History repeating itself
