Bumping this because I can't wait for all the lawyers here to dissect the new Baldoni complaint against Lively/Reynolds.

What do you think we have been doing for the past 5 pages?

All his allegations were vague and non specific and all the writer did was try to use very dramatic language to make the points without specifics. There were so many contradictions and repetitive aspects, someone was being paid by the page as that could have been written in about 20 pages. He comes across as really whiny and his version of events lacks common sense. Blake’s was fare more coherent and believable. And that PR team is a car crash. Ridiculous she used her private phone for work as a PR person!!

You’re the only one. He has identified a ton of documentary proof behind his claims.

You know the complaint is bad for Blake when her supporter is trying to bump the crazy Harvey posts to change the subject.

The photos of the basement party for the premiere were a nice touch.

His lawyer is doing an excellent job and despite that he’s an older man, has been able to communicate JB’s case clearly to the media, and in a way that resonates with younger audiences. The dragons comment is so embarrassing for her, but totally not surprising to anyone who watched her past interviews (saying Leighton was born in a cage was especially deranged).

How about Blake with her florals

Yeah. She got Baldoni to come to the penthouse and then ambushed him with Ryan Reynolds and Taylor Swift. She had Ryan rewriting scenes. She overstepped the bounds of her job and is lucky that she did not get fired from the film.

Yeah, she was very likely involved with HW.

Weinstein’s company produced her breakout movie. Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants was produced by Miramax.

Lots of pictures of them laughing, touching each other’s arms and wide smiles at parties from 2012-2016ish.

Her father Earnie also had an acting role in Traveling Pants. Really strange family if you read stories about them.

His complaint makes Blake lively seem diabolical. Stephanie jones too.

Seems a bit much. She's been around much longer than he has so it's more than a little far fetched.

Saying that Leighton Meester was born in a cage (she was born in prison) is not diabolical? She said that in an interview long before the Justin drama.

Sexually harassing women is pretty diabolical.

Exactly this.

Well, I don’t have it in me to read or even skim 179 pages. I’m going to have to wait a couple days till the podcasters do a deep dive.

Beyond The Blinds has been particularly good with this case. Can’t wait to see what they say about this lawsuit.

My favorite tidbit is that the actor who played the OB-GYN who Blake claimed was some random friend of Baldoni’s there to gawk at her in stirrups, was actually a trained professional actor with an MFA from UCLA and a scholarship to Oxford …

My favorite tidbit is that she's saying Baldoni kept trying to insert extraneous sex scenes but they were just ideas the intimacy coordinator had - the IC Blake didn't want to meet with thereby forcing Baldoni to relay the intimacy information to Blake.

Also - and this will be my non sequitur - she never read the book. lol! WTH?!?!

And didn’t he also say those were scenes Blake had written or rewritten?
