Why is Blake Lively so overrated?

Abel is an idiot. Justin should've done his own case with his production company. It's a work phone. She was not entitled to keep it and they didn't need permission to search it. Even if it was a personal phone there is very little privacy when it comes to lawsuits and discovery. She blatantly bragged about taking papers from Jones. Jones is crazy but it's crazier to mess with her and not cover your tracks. She's gonna lose her lawsuit against Jonesworks

Wonder how Colleen Hoover feels about that.

Like she would care. She often romanticize abuse in her books.

She does. I skimmed the whole series and it’s veering into 50 Shades territory. As someone who experienced (much more minor) abuse and with friends who experienced more severe abuse, I found them really disturbing.

This is the part I am most interested in because Abel has no defense. She just falls back on them looking through the phone without permission and Jones being jealous she was starting a company. Not true in the slightest.

Jones strategy for Justin wasn't based on her hatred for Blake. She wanted to flood more positive stories about Justin and try to balance out the anti Justin stories. This is important because Heath wanted her to stand down let Abel's plan go. Expect Abel wanted to destroy Blake first then defend Justin. I am sorry she's a pyscho!

Her other books aren't any better. I read November 9 and was sick over how main the main love interest was speaking. That's not healthy love and it's being normalized to vulnerable girls. It reminds me of the way neil gaiman talked to his alleged victims.

I think her mom was in an abusive relationship so i guess she has some issues she still needs to work out.

Baldoni’s complaint is on FIRE. He could still go down for retaliation but I think, amazingly, he may have enough to make that a question of law not fact. Nobody is taking this to trial IMO.

My favorite tidbit is that the actor who played the OB-GYN who Blake claimed was some random friend of Baldoni’s there to gawk at her in stirrups, was actually a trained professional actor with an MFA from UCLA and a scholarship to Oxford …

My favorite tidbit is that she's saying Baldoni kept trying to insert extraneous sex scenes but they were just ideas the intimacy coordinator had - the IC Blake didn't want to meet with thereby forcing Baldoni to relay the intimacy information to Blake.

Also - and this will be my non sequitur - she never read the book. lol! WTH?!?!

He had select actresses he would push into the spotlight and who would get A-list exposure without a lot to back it up. There were some pretty bad pics that have now been scrubbed. As far as I know she has never said anything about being one of his victims or addressed her relationship with him, but that's how she got her push to fame.

This again? Nobody cares.

You pulled this up, it hasn't been discussed in awhile. Get with the times.

Bumping this because I can't wait for all the lawyers here to dissect the new Baldoni complaint against Lively/Reynolds.

After reading both, I believe Blake far more than Justin. All his allegations were vague and non specific and all the writer did was try to use very dramatic language to make the points without specifics. There were so many contradictions and repetitive aspects, someone was being paid by the page as that could have been written in about 20 pages. He comes across as really whiny and his version of events lacks common sense. Blake’s was fare more coherent and believable. And that PR team is a car crash. Ridiculous she used her private phone for work as a PR person!!

She was fine with meeting with the IC once the filming started. Saying she refused to met with them isn't 100% correct.
