It looked to me like the navy sweatshirt girl was walking the dog on a leash and it attacked a live seal or grabbed a dead one. Did Kelly have to intercede to get the dog to release? If so the girl should NEVER be allowed to walk that dog again. He's a jerk and just because his wife got shot doesn't make him a nice person. How many people have outings spoiled thanks to jerks and their bad dogs on or off leash? I don't take mine to parks due to roving off leash assholes ...

If it did that to a live seal it could grab a tot. Family should be prosecuted.
