Why are you hoping for consequences? It's a DOG. Dogs hunt. They kill. It's their natural instinct. They hunt ducks, fox, kill squirrels, are used by LEO and you're upset a dog was brought to the ocean and a random baby seal was there?

There are entire breeds of dogs that water communities used just for the sole purpose of the Dog's innate water skills. You are wrong, PP.

Go look up Portugese Water Dog, Spanish Water Dog, Chesapeake Bay Retriever for starters...
