Well, that's just great. My rising 2nd grader is not on the list at all. And I have confirmation that her application was received.

Don't fret, call the school. I am pretty sure they will go through the entire list for 2nd grade w/ 7 spots open, I'm sure they will get through all 15 on the list. Still, call the school. I think there are few errors (ie, they have a DOB of 2003 and 2006 in PS results).

What do you mean by 7 spots open? (Sorry I am new!) My son is going into 3rd grade and he is 3 on the waitlist. That is the best # we have so far so I'm hoping we can get both of them in somewhere!

Somethings wrong! My pk3 is not on the list anywhere!

So that's two of us with missing kids!

Anyone know how far they typically go down the PK wait list? We are in the low 20's.

I had to go through the list 3 times to find my kid. We are in the 440s for PK3.

If you're not on the list, don't panic. That happen in all charters all the time. Just call the school, tell them you have confirmation of your application, and they'll put you at the top of the waiting list. Hey, it may even increase your chances of getting in!

Meaning they accepted 7 new students from the lottery. Not likely that all 7 students will accept the spot given (many just enter the lottery for the sake of entering). Good luck!

You should get in if you're no. 3.

Copy and paste the list, drop it into Word and run a word search on your child's name if you're having a hard time finding him/her.

Amazingly, we got a PS spot. Nice news after being in the 200s and 300s for other schools (CapCity, Lamb, etc.).

How about #100?

Agree. 2nd & 3rd grade WL moved a lot last year (the entire WL for some grades, hence to open spots now). 3rd grade teacher is beyond amazing (probably the best of the best)!!! I would wager Vegas money that you'll get a spot by June and enjoy your summer. Welcome!!
