Team Meghan.

I have disdain for old archaic institutions that do absolutely nothing but provide weird antiquated symbolism. F the whole "royal" grifter charade.

Do nothing? You obviously don't know your English history. I would be team Queen just based on her World War II heroics. And if the question was team Harry or the Queen it would always be THE QUEEN!

I love my grandmother and think she was a total bad a and lived a pretty amazing life. Doesn’t mean she wasn’t also judge mental and mean, particularly to family members she disapproved of for reasons both rational and irrational.

Personally to me this has shown me that for the Queen love is conditional. She’s an amazing queen but has long seemed like a sub par mother and grandmother. People can be more than one thing at the same time

+1

She destroys/tries to destroy everyone who disagrees with her. Her sister. Prince Charles (her fault he married Diana), and now she tried it with Harry/Meghan. Also the kid she was closest to/most involved in rearing was Andrew...and he’s the worst one of the bunch!

QEII was miserable in her marriage and accepted the very least from Philipp. As a result, she believed that no one else deserved or was entitled to a happy marriage. Misery has no sympathy and enjoys company.

Not surprising. But really makes me sick.

People doing IVF makes you sick? You must be a very delicate flower.

No, it’s not the IVF that makes me sick. At all. It’s the fact that she stands for honesty and transparency, yet keeps this secret, that could also help other women. And the fact that she wrote her miscarriage article while pregnant and/or knowing she had healthy embryos waiting for her at her disposal, while coming off as a woman without the privilege she does.

How any female conceives is not your business..and the fact that they announced they are expecting does not make it your business! What next, im the interest of transparency and honesty you want to see her ovulation chart? You want to know how often she had sex with her husband? You are ridiculous!

DP

I think it’s fair to call out celebrities who pretend it was easy to conceive despite AMA when the reality is they’re using eggs frozen years ago.

If she wants to be authentic, why not share? Why not encourage other women to do the same?

That’s the criticism. It’s legit since so many women were fed a lie that it’s easy to get pregnant in your 40s with your own eggs and no medical intervention. Celebrities fed us that lie.

Which celebrity fed you the lie that it’s easy to get pregnant in your 40s?

Nicole Kidman
JLo
All of the ones who had babies in their 40s

When did they say it was easy for them to conceive in their 40s? JLo and Nicole Kidman are active, in good physical shape and I assume they follow a healthy diet this would extend the viability of their eggs.

Get a grip. I know women who have perfectly healthy children, but still moan the loss of a child in a miscarriage. you cannot tell someone how to moan their losses.

In regards to secret, what secret. At this point you are purely speculating about another woman's reproductive journey. There are millions of women who have children at 37 without the assistance of infertility help. Whether she is one of them or not, I do not know. If she is, she will disclose that in her own time, not yours. Jealousy is a Biatch.

I would have a lot of respect for M if she admits she froze her eggs early on and encourages others to do the same.

And then she would be accused of being privileged because not every female has the means to freeze their eggs.

You sound like the South Carolina legislatures trying to control women's reproduction decisions. You want to know information that's really none of your business.

She shared about her miscarriage and you all say she was insincere; if she shared something like this you people would accuse her of something else.

She never said or pretended it was easy to conceive. She said she had a miscarriage. And you're assuming she is using frozen eggs. Hell, three years ago yall were posting she would never have children. That goalpost is always moving.

+1 The saddest day of their lives was the day Meghan announced their first pregnancy.

Right! It’s so offensive when strangers want to be informed of people’s reproductive decisions!

Kidman has admitted infertility problems. When she was with Cruz she said she had issues which led her to adopting. By the time she married Urban, technolgy had advanced which allowed her to give birth. She used a surrogate for her fourth child.

JLO said he did not know she could get pregnant, but once off the BC she conceived naturally. I know three women with this same experience. One had secondary infertility. The other had two more children, with the last at age 43. All without infertility. The third one was 42 with her first chid and did not realize she was pregnant. She thought she was going through early menopause.

Nobody fed you a lie. Your ignorance is your own.

No you wouldn't. Stop lying. You would just move the goalpost.

The infertile MM hater who is apparently expecting published ovulation charts sounds nuts.

If you rely on celebrities for your health information, that's on you.

Victoria was the same way with her children. Having favorites, not having a good relationship with her heir, and even trying to prevent her last daughter from marrying in order to keep her around as her personal attendant.

But there is also the fact that she really seemed to fall in love with Phillip and was a fierce advocate to marry him. Victoria had the same sort of beginning with Albert. But he didn't live long enough to cheat on her for decades, so I don't know.

I am no fan of Meghan Markle’s behavior but what is with this bizarre expectation that she owes anyone the details of her family planning? Whether she conceived naturally, what sexual position they assumed, whether she froze her eggs, did IVF, used donor eggs or a surrogate is no one’s business but her own.
