I know that’s what you want to believe but I’m sorry that’s not where the evidence is pointing. |
Is there any evidence (“evidence” meaning something beyond what the Au pair and BB say happened) that JR tried to attack BB? Any injuries to BB? Anything JR says on the 911 calls? Blood patterns on the floor / walls indicating what was happening? Basically, is there literally anything out there to support what you’re saying? |
Tik Tok. |
If she perceived he was going for the knife, she had a right to defend herself. |
That’s…a social media platform. |
Uh, he was already shot in the face and blinded… so you’re saying It was faster for her to go find a gun safe in another room, figure out how to open it, go back to the room to point that gun at him and shoot him again. … instead of running out of the room and go get the little girl and get help? |
^ but she felt safe enough to call and hang up on 911 twice |
As well as go towards not only the sound of possible gun fire but also flesh stabbing sounds while the child you are in charge of caring for is now in the house thanks to you and or her father. |
The only evidence supporting that would have to be her testimony. She'd have to take the stand at trial. |
She will have to convince a jury that it was reasonable to believe JR was trying to get a knife, and able to be an imminent threat to someone's life in his condition. Perhaps if he was on drugs, it might be possible. My life experience tells me that a guy who is shot in the head and eye is not capable of attacking others...but let's see what the evidence and experts say. My take: jurors will not believe that JR posed a threat when he was shot the 2nd time. |
Big Mama's Xanax and Franzia must have kicked in. Until tomorrow Big Mama. Tick Tock |
