Everything Trump touches dies.

You people are ridiculous. The republicans have been stacking the courts for years while the Dems slept.

The Repos wouldn’t let Obamacare confirm anyone. Remember?

Obama. Odd autocorrect.

MMW, one way or another, the report will leak out, and those who vote yes will have to explain.

Trump is up there, but you're right, McConnell is at least a important. An utterly corrupt, amoral human being.

Trump happened because of McConnell and his ilk. They frothed up their base, not realizing they were priming it for Trump rather than their preferred heir.

I can’t get twitter to load. What is the implication?

Durbin said Grassley and the majority lied in repeatedly saying no hint of a sex assault history predated this set of hearings. He said it and he’s NOT Schumer or a grandstander. I believe Brett has a true history that afull investigation would have revealed. It’s tragic.

There will be extensive hearings after the midterms. Benghazi set the precedent.

Unless Mark Judge said something completely unexpected, I doubt the report says much since the scope of the FBI's investigation seemed to be very limited based on all of the people saying they wanted to provide information but were ignored.

Trump himself fits the same profile they claim to hate.

If I'm recalling correctly, it could be a lie about no history of alcohol abuse and/or a lie about no history of sexual assault.

This is what I meant when I said the FBI report provided cover for those on the fence.

I hope her ass is handed to her in the next election.

As for Flake, he's a spineless POS who apparently just likes to talk about doing the right thing, but isn't actually able to do it.

I can’t get a call through to half of the “undecided” senators. Collins, Flake, Corker - all their phones literally are busy.

Collins and Flake are no longer undecided.

Idiotic move by Democrats.

There was no alternative and you damn well know it. Liar.

You mean it was a smart move to give Republicans and vulnerable Democrats cover with a FBI report that said there was not corroboration of the claims by Ford and Ramirez?

Is it any wonder that Democrats keep losing? Such a royal f-ck up ......

At minimum two credible accusations. At minimum. Give the alternative, to an investigation.

The alternative?

You realize that after Ford testified, there were a lot of people who thought she was credible and it left those like Collins and others on the fence in a position where they had to decide whether to dismiss her allegation. This is why Collins, Murkowski and Manchin were all in favor of an investigation.

Don't ask for a FBI review of these allegations unless there is a good likelihood that one knows the likely outcome. All that has happened is that the FBI affirmed that there was no corroboration.

Kavanaugh may have been confirmed in any event but now they have the FBI providing swing senators a reason to vote in favor and saying it is because of the FBI report.

Yes, that’s right, sorry.
