That's actually not how it works. Sorry.

According to Vinneccy, Swetnick threatened him after they broke up and even after he got married to his current wife and had a child.

“Right after I broke up with her, she was threatening my family, threatening my wife and threatening to do harm to my baby at that time,” Vinneccy said in a telephone interview with POLITICO. "I know a lot about her.”

"She’s not credible at all,” he said. “Not at all.”

When it is a party that the younger high schoolers have crashed. Maybe it was recent GP grads home for break who had the party - she was at Montgomery College apparently at the time.

Way to blame the victim. College students do hang out with high schoolers from time to time.

Yeah, I was HS class of '83, my brother was '80, we used to go to some of the same parties.

That at least makes sense. You ran in the same circles. Where did this person come from? Nobody knows who she is.

Brett Kavanaugh denied a fourth misconduct claim against him when asked by GOP investigators earlier this week, according to an interview transcript released Wednesday night by the Senate Judiciary Committee.

An anonymous woman wrote to Sen. Cory Gardner’s (R-Colo.) office on Sept. 22 alleging that the Supreme Court nominee shoved another woman “up against the wall very aggressively and sexually” in 1998 after leaving a bar where both had been drinking, the transcript states. Kavanaugh denied any involvement in the events alleged in that complaint, which was first reported by NBC.

I posted earlier that I took crime tips from the public in a past life. These kind of unverifiable anonymous allegations are very par for the course when something is in the news.

Keep up, you moron. Why do you think there are 11th hour allegations? It's because the Republicans elected to try to ram this nomination through - a committee vote on Friday morning less than 24 hours after tomorrow's hearing? No wonder these accusers are coming in now. When else are they supposed to disclose? After the committee vote? Even if he is nominated, the bench is soiled, and this is never going away. The Dems will keep at it until he is destroyed. Where there is one rape and sexual assault, there is usually more, a lot more in a pattern of behavior.

But, you keep your illusion of a spear campaign going if it makes you feel better honey.

The only reason we're at the "11th hour" is that the Republicans juiced the clock. If they had handled this nomination with the deliberation it deserves there'd be plenty of time to get to the bottom of these allegations.

That is such BS. Several SCOTUS nominees have gone through the process much more quickly.

It’s the 11th hour because of Feinstein. She should have brought the letter to the attention of the Chair immediately so an investigation could be done out of the spotlight, the way things are supposed to go.

I find it unlikely that a middle-class Montgomery College student is going to parties with Georgetown and Landon upper-crust prep school boys.

You don't know anything, plebe. Ever met anyone from Landon? Idiot.

Sure a 19 year old women is hanging around 15 year old boys and watching them gang rape other girls. Not once but over the course of years. Sound more like feminist pop literature...like Charlottesville.

To the second PP in this string: Really? "Plebe"? I thought you liberals were supposed to be so nice and understanding to the less fortunate. Now you mock public school students and call them plebes?

Elitist liberal snob.

A new report just came out that provides information on Judge Brett Kavanaugh’s third accuser. The report suggests that Julie Swetnick’s ex-boyfriend filed a restraining order against her for some disturbing violence-related issues. This was back in 2001.

A) What does this have to do with her accusations?

B) For anyone who asks why women don't come forward with accusations, here's your reason: the accuser's life becomes subject to scrutiny.

So wait - it’s on to do a deep dive into the life of the accused, but not the accuser? We’re just supposed to take the word of anyone who claims assault, without investigating whether perhaps the claim might be false? Give us all a break. Of course the accuser’s life should be investigated, along with the accused. Believe it or not, in this country, we actually are innocent until proven guilty.

The accuser is anonymous - to everyone. Tough to investigate if the person does not identify herself.
Another BS allegation.

This. They did not do their due diligence and have rushed this with a political deadline- the midterms.
Under normal circumstances the WH would spend months vetting candidates for their qualifications AND for their fitness

I'm sorry -- are we on some sort of deadline here? Last I heard, the GOP is willing to wait over a year to vote on the right candidate.

So let's take the time to vet this one.

Can you liberals please debate without the "moron" and "idiot" name-calling? All you're doing is confirming how low and nasty you liberals are.

Innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. If this were a court of law, there would be AN INVESTIGATION. Who's blocking the FBI investigation?

Julie Swetnick, the woman who accused Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh and a friend of attending house parties where women — including herself — were sexually assaulted, had a restraining order filed against her years later in Miami by her former boyfriend...

“Not at all.”...

Vinneccy, 63, is a registered Democrat, according to Miami-Dade County voting records...

Vinneccy made clear that he did not believe her story.

“I have a lot of facts, evidence, that what she’s saying is not true at all,” he said. “I would rather speak to my attorney first before saying more."

I love it when the men fight back. LOVE! There needs to be more of this.

He’s a Democrat too. Good. Take her down and take down Avenatti with her.

No. This one is flying through the process extremely quickly. I can't imagine why they're rushing...
