Would you tell your child to shoot someone in the face three times for blocking the road?

If after they blocked the road and then tried to run me over, yes.

Do you know the first thing an officer tells a drunk as they are pleading to be let go and they’ll take an uber? They say, in your condition we have no idea what harm you may have caused tonight in your condition. We are doing this for everyone’s safety.

In Renee’s case, it was her own safety she sacrificed, and for what.

Would you tell your daughter to get out of the vehicle and go with the unidentified masked men screaming in her face and pointing a gun at her? Or would you tell her to drive away?

I would advise her to not participate.

You didn’t answer the question. Would you tell your daughter to get out of her car when she is being yelled at, pawed at, and threatened with firearms by unidentified masked men?

They were actively pursing ICE, following them and intentionally trying to slow/block them, and had been for some time. They weren’t just minding their own business and were ambushed by masked men. If you are going to seek out and provoke law enforcement by blocking the road, then expect they are going to arrest you- which was what they were doing. ICE didn’t threaten them. They said get out of the car.

The shooter switched his phone to his left hand so he could pull out his gun with his right hand before the car was even moving.

Yeah. It seems releasing his phone video may not have been the exculpatory flex MAGA thought it was.

She reversed her car in a turn that put an ICE agent directly in her vehicle's path.

She did not. Your lying and gaslighting is not working.

Is there a photo of his foot being run over? Why did Noem tell people they should pray for the ICE guy because he was in the hospital after being run over? Why did the video show the ICE guy walking around right after he killed the woman if he had been run over by a car. So confusing.

Noemi’s asst, Tricia McLaughlin said …

“ one of these violent rioters weaponized her vehicle, attempting to run over our law enforcement officers in an attempt to kill them – an act of domestic terrorism”.

Multiple ICE officers were hurt, she insisted, when videos of the shooting showed no such thing.”

How would she know the woman’s intent? There were not multiple ICE workers hurt. That’s a lie verified by video. The woman in the car backed up her about a foot, turned her wheel away from the agent and was immediately shot. She was in no position to kill anyone at her rate of speed going five miles an hour. And she was heading away from the agents.

And the Trump pipes in with his ignorant lazy no factual opinion by saying “ she didn’t try to run him over, she ran him over”. It is hard to believe he is alive, but is now recovering in the hospital” “ Has the definition of running over a person changed? Am I losing my mind?

I believe she made the lying statements before she realized there was so much actual video.

Protest? Sure. Vote against the politicians implementing the policies? Sure.

But interjecting and engaging the officers literally; that (at best) gets you arrested - at worst dead.

Neither of those outcomes are worth the risk.

Why did you make me hit you?

Do you ever take personal responsibility for any of your decisions and their outcomes?

Does ICE ever take responsibility for any of its decisions and their outcomes? No, they just lie about them.

You're no different if you don't believe in taking personal responsibility for your decisions and actions.

Do you think you’re actually making a point, here?

No one makes a decision to get shot in the face. People DO make decisions to SHOOT SOMEONE in the face. Do you really not understand the difference?

You don't seem to understand that consequences occur for decisions and actions. I'm not saying it's fair, but it's life. Not everyone is nice, kind, and caring.

I understand that perfectly. None of her decisions or actions warranted her being shot in her car.

His decisions and actions better have some severe consequences. Like a lifetime in jail.

See how that actually works?

Dipshit.

YOU see how it works. She was an anti-ICE agitator was STALKING and IMPEDING a law enforcement operation over the course of the morning.

Citi h Fox or government source is amplifying propaganda. We can all see with our own eyes what happened. Andrew this- what was intent of unholstering his gun before she even moves her car one inch? And if you are concerned for your life, you aren’t filing with one hand and shooting with the others. Finally, one shot renders the situation. The other two shots were gratuitous.

And the explitive after the third shot clearly shows his frame of mind.

The second and third shots into the driver side window were clearly murder. But it's completely unclear why he thinks the first shot would have stopped a moving vehicle.

Tricia McLaughlin s a serial liar. Go back through her tweets and compare them to facts and you will find two disconnected circles in a Venn Diagram.

And he’s one of the most highly trained people ICE has got.

Pathetic.

The defense attorney will win because he will have all of the evidence and a jury will never decide unanimously to convict based on that evidence.

We understand that he will be making the snowflake defense (i.e., "I understand that teachers on afternoon pickup patrol navigate more dangerous situations, but I'm not trained for such...", but he still has to answer for the second and third shots. He probably won't be unanimously convicted (who knows) but he'll be fired from DHS by the next administration.

Great, we will forward to it being put before a jury.

Can wait until they get to the “f@clong b@tch” part of the murder tape.

When the prosecutor shows the jury that Ross was not in front of the car at the time he fired the first shot, his defense attorney will have a hard time explaining why it was reasonable to fear for his life.

His defense attorney will also have to explain why, even if he was in front of the car, Barnes v. Felix does not apply. To refresh your recollection, Barnes was a 9-0 US Supreme Court decision rendered in 2025 that stands for the proposition that an officer may not intentionally or recklessly place himself in a situation that causes him to fear for his life and then subsequently claim the use of deadly force was justified. Barnes specifically involved an officer who stepped in front of a vehicle. There is NO dispute that Ross stepped in front of the vehicle.

You can call people names all day long. I did not say she deserved to be shot or die. I said every decision, every action has an outcome. Your name-calling doesn't change that fact about life.

DP. Yep. And when you kill someone through officer-created exigency and outside the scope of justification, there are consequences. Ask Chauvin about that.

+1 And they’re doing it over and over again, in violation of a 9-0 decision from this Supreme Court last year (Barnes v Felix)

It’s almost like people shouldn’t be interfering with federal agents doing their jobs (something legal to do) by trying to intimidate, block, or ram them with their cars (something illegal to do). No adult with a functioning IQ and sense of accountability is moved that entitled, violent, idiots voluntarily put themselves in harms way because they don’t like that laws of this country are being enforced. We don’t care if they are “mommies” who care more about sticking it to Trump more than their own children as they abandon them to play revolutionary.

FYI, the defense attorney won't be making your whiny arguments.

The defense attorney is going to have a field day going through her voluminous violent and unhinged texts and emails.
