Obviously he is both a drinker and a hard worker. All of downtown DC will tell you they aren’t mutually exclusive.

Lindsay Graham's performance today was shocking, he seems angry but also ... terrified. I'm a thinking that the Russians got him by the balls, he needs to get Kavanagh on the bench because R's know that Kavanagh favors the power of the executive. Come on now. It's likely that his aide thought he was watching the testimony while he was working on the statement behind closed doors and tweeted that out. He may have been watching it on and off while writing, but didn't want to say yes if Harris was going to ask him something specific and then he wouldn't know the answer.
