DCUM gonna DCUM. Someone posts something about teachers leaving in droves and moving to DCPS...and DCUM runs with it as fact.

It was just a few thousand dollars difference if comparing to the old DCPS scale but with the new amount DCPS is getting it can be $10,000 difference or more. Charters aren’t likely to be able to match since the funding to them to do so is not in the city’s budget proposal.
