We decided not to include Spring Valley in our house search given it was a munitions dump during the war. Definitely more house for the $ there if you don't mind the added risk. |

Because you are sane. You’ve got to feel bad for people who bought before the known issue. But those who bought after, especially with kids, have a broken risk meter. Just stupidity. And it plays out in different ways, as we can all clearly see now. |

Doesn’t really matter. The whole point is you have no idea if someone is infected. That is you aren’t supposed to be having gatherings. |

As a SV mom not friends with these people - this above is all false. You get letters before you even buy and quarterly updates from the army corps- it’s all public info too. Large parts of the neighborhood have been cleared for 50+ years. Just report facts is all. I came to see if any numbers have been confirmed. And while I’m at it - I can probably bet there wasn’t another SV kid at her camp or a SV couple at that dinner either. Don’t take a swipe at all parents of a neighborhood for her mistakes. |

From what I see on her Instagram, her life is pretty....basic. At least for the average upper NW/Bethesda resident. I can't believe she is considered a socialite/it girl. Furnishings average for the area, clothing is the same, vacations not that extravagant, etc. Maybe getting kids haircuts at the Four Seasons is a bit much, but again, that isn't' too extravagant if convenient. And I don't find her very attractive - Candace is much prettier. |

| Wow, you guys are the classless ones ripping apart a fellow mom this way, discussing her looks etc. How gross. - you should honestly be ashamed by some of the comments. She made a huge mistake and now she is paying for it big time - having a virus, probably wondering if her family are going to catch it, dealing with the media fallout. My kids go to her kids school, and her kids are super sweet. I don't know her well at all but I know she doesn't deserve this. |

+ 1 Ashley’s Instagram wasn’t what I was expecting after seeing Candace’s. Candace’s is full of professional shots. She’s clearly hoping to become a big influencer. Ashley’s is full of iPhone photos like the typical suburban mommies around here. Her vacations are nothing to write home about, either. |
