That is what has been alleged multiple times now (perhaps by the same person). But oddly, no details have been offered (what exactly occurred, which team/age group was involved, when and where did this alleged behavior occur, etc.) The lack of any of that information casts a lot of doubt on it and does suggest that it is simply a case of trolling. If someone is willing to take the time to post the allegation, what's the reason for omitting all the details? |

ECRL parent here who hasn’t posted in this thread recently and we aren’t affiliated with either Loudoun or GFR… I find this whole latest update highly suspicious. My kids (boy and girl) have played GFR a gazillion times and we’ve never once had an issue beyond some overzealous parents who are a little annoying. I have heard mixed things about Gus from friends with kids who played for him, but many of the coaches I have known there have been class acts. Contrast that with Loudoun, who is absolutely infamous for their parents’ and coaches’ poor behavior. Feels like maybe we are getting only one side of the story here. |

| Safe sport complaints weren't from this last weekend. They were from several weeks ago. Probably just a LS parent trying to stir the pot. Gus is a class act and I don't know why any complaints would be filed against him. He is respected by many! |
