It's the only way he can get instructions from his Russian handler. Where can he converse without surveillance in winter months? Mar-a-Lago. |

That's weird...she already failed. The election happened nearly a year ago and she lost. Hmmm. What would anyone have to gain by going after her now? Why choose this future tense verb "will" when talking about an event that already happened?? Hmmmm. Makes you think. |
We have become a banana republic. |
Just wait until Trump comes for Mueller. That's probably going to happen. Congress will have a decision to make. |
Didn't Lindsey Graham promote legislation last summer that would protect Mueller? Did anything ever become of that? |

And the WSJ. |
The FBI paid for Steele’s travel expenses. Let that sink in |
Mueller works in the executive branch. He can absolutely be fired. There is talk in the congress to curtail his budget to prevent scope creep. Who would Manafort rat out? It may surprise the democrats. |
Your reply is totally not relevant to what you're responding to, and you're in the wrong thread. But if McCain gave the dossier to the FBI, and the FBI found it worth following up on, I don't see a problem with that. The FBI and DOJ had worked extensively with Steele on the FIFA case, and trusted him and his work. |
Manafort is but one of many rats. Trump's campaign was well stocked with them. We will all be surprised who gets swallowed up in this and most of them won't have Ds behind their names. Trump will have a hard time firing Mueller and if he does we will be into Saturday Night Massacre territory and it won't end well for him. |
Nothing so far from Wapo and the NYT. I'm guessing they are trying to fill in details of the story with their own original reporting - or else they have not been able to independently confirm the information. That's how "real news" works. |
