Don't know the kid or care where he is in school.
But anyone should be expelled for this. This type of behavior is not tolerated in today's society. If he is truly a senior, his college should be made well aware of this episode. |

The kid was mocking the movie Django Unchained...Video is out of context..He was commenting on how wrong things were in the past. He was not giving his own opinion he was repeating (or trying to) scenes from the movie and how ridiculous things used to be.
He was never in trouble at his prior school or in his current school |
