| Why is it strange that STJ hired someone with no experience? That’s exactly not strange for that club. To make decisions like them you first have to ask yourself what would be in the best interest of the players, parents, and reputation of the club. Then you have to do the opposite. Rinse, repeat. |

The sprints were a mess. Girls going to different end lines, other agility circuits interfering with sprinting, no recording of times. Clearly there was a chosen group of girls chosen ahead of time, which is what I would expect with any tryouts. |

Yes, this is true. It's BS to have tryouts, but really they are only going to look at a certain group of kids. If you are not going to record times or assign a metric to athletes, then it is all for show. Agility circuits are for training and IG. |

My daughter's team hung 13 on TSJ the last time they played. It could have been worse. My point? The whole "tryouts is BS and they know who they want," is nonsense!
If your kid shows up there and balls out, they will get a spot. The girls there now, bless their hearts, are trying but aren't the answer. If your kid comes in and shows they can play, they will get an offer. Before the Richard Noggin trolls show up and say I am affiliated with TSJ, I am not. I think that place is like Springfield's version of Mos Eisley, "a wretched hive of scum and villainy." But, if your want your kid to play, they will play. Just watch your belongings because teen and adult thieves roam the place and people think video calls in the locker rooms for the gym is ok. |

The fact that the girls soccer program is the equivalent of a steaming pile of fresh diarrhea containing last night’s undigested still-visible corn kernels cannot be a surprise to anyone who knows that it is the subsidiary Tread Water, Inc. The GA program is a kicked chained-up dog, a magazine subscription you forgot to cancel, a cup of coffee you mistakenly put salt into instead of sugar.

100% nailed it. Coach 22 and Adam consistently speak negatively about nearly every club—especially those they’ve previously been part of. That pattern shows their true colors and helps explain why they continue to move from club to club. Pay attention to how critical they are of almost every club and coach in the area, often creating or exaggerating drama to discredit others and stir confusion. In their eyes, they are the only ones doing things the right way…. Start paying attention—you’ll remember this post. |
