Yeah I was going to say. Don’t he essentially get kicked out of syc and was an assistant for 6 months? Nothing against the guy but doesn’t seem very credentialed as a director, let alone for GA. Maybe this is an indicator of them losing GA?

That is what I think. If they were staying GA I think they get candidates that have had similar roles before. Not a coach turned 1st time director.

Significant gaps in his coaching timeline. Arlington gave him a shot at the NL level before he had coached any 11v11. Probably better for Arlington to just move on now.
