The Iranian proxy stooges have all been effectively neutered and will never regain any military capacity without Iranian support which has disappeared forever.

The landscape has changed, and for the better, even if the final outcome is yet to be known. Ideally it will be a secular new regime in Iran, something which would be welcomed by peace-seeking Arabs and Jews alike.
