It doesn’t appear to be “such a big effort by APE” though. Someone posted in an Alexandria FB page mentioning it and APE admin posted on their own page. It got a couple likes? I really don’t think anyone really cares if HS kids have their phones all day.

Do Alexandria parents even join Arlington PTAs? Asking for many friends. 99.9% of PTA members are parents of the students who go to the school. The rest would be alumni. There may be a few randos and I would be concerned about them. But I doubt that posting to an Alexandria listserv will get even 1% of the audience you're looking for. Let alone forwarding the survey to mommy and her 3 friends.

No, I don’t solicit random people from another county to skew results on an APS survey.
