That's a pretty insensitive term....

but what does Sing Sing mean?

Sing Sing was or is a prison in New York

Yeah Karen was just saying words at some point because she had no clue what she was talking about.

Karen said on the show, can't remember to who but she didn't mean anything specific about Sing Sing. But she knows it's a prison.

Through that mess I wish Ashley or Gizelle would have just said, Ashley chose to have the convo with Wendy because she has had so much written about her and Michael.

Wendy does not feel authentic to me at all.

The girls were not wrong to point out she did a 180. It’s weird.

Also, Wendy put your tits away. Please.

Tonight’s episode, Candiace reminding us why Monique dragged her. Calling Ashley forehead, a hoe, dirty milk maid and wide, a few weeks after she gave birth. SMH. So much for working on herself.

+1

Last season I respected Wendy and saw her as a confident woman proud of her accomplishments and family. She just seems so insecure this season and gets upset really easily after acting ‘tough’ and trying to read people. It just doesn’t feel authentic or natural. She’s trying much too hard. And this has nothing to do with her outfits or plastic surgery. I get stepping up her game fashion wise because all housewives do that the second season. It’s her personality that just feels off.

I’ve decided to stop watching this show. I knew Bravo wouldn’t be happy until it became ratchet. Thanks but no thanks.

I indulge in this show... I admit it. Where do the women live? I recognize nothing this season. I know Karen is in Potomac and Giselle in Bethesda but where do the rest live?

Mia lives in the inner harbor in Baltimore but also maybe North Carolina?
Wendy lives way up by the Pennsylvania border
Ashley lives in Arlington (I think)
Askale I have no idea
Robyn lives close to Baltimore but may have moved

So I guess I’m not exactly sure either!

Anyone else cringe last night at their inability to pronounce Limoncello or charcuterie?

On the last episode, Gizelle and Robyn did a podcast where they both agreed that "all men cheat." I kind of felt bad to hear them say that. They are such catches, and yet they seem to settle for men who are not faithful (and then they just rationalize it by assuming that all men cheat.)

Wendy is very pretty -- just needs better style. If she dressed in a more subtle way, she would avoid looking like she's trying too hard.

On Sunday's episode, I was touched by Mia's lunch with her mom. I salute her for opening up on camera about her childhood. That cannot have been easy. I feel so bad that she had such a bad childhood, and that her parents got involved with drugs.

+1 to all of this!

i felt/feel really kinda ick when super deep and personal familial issues are drug onto this show yet i don't turn away. i was kinda surprised that mia was super concerned about her mom's sobriety but they were having drinks together. i guess in some people's mind that sobriety doesn't include alcohol?

I think that, with all the housewives shows, the ladies are expected to reveal a lot of personal info that will make for interesting viewing. That's why they get paid the big bucks -- $250,000 (or more) per season. I'm sure that the money is nice, but the show seems to bring unnecessary drama to their lives, and so perhaps is not worth it?
