Wow, victim much? What a gentleman, trashing Theresa. I dislike him SO much. |
| Is anyone still watching this ridiculous show? Cannot believe how fake all of this seems tonight. A lot of really bad acting. |
|
Seems obvious it's going to be Cindy in the end.
And 2 months later she's going to break it off. |
Agree on the first, not sure about the second. She has a Theresa-level fixation on him imo. The only thing that could ruin it is learning the truth about how he seems to be treating his ex. Just like Theresa, will not be easy to reconcile reality with the romanticized image in her head. Also, I had to laugh when she praised him as articulate. He’s practically non-verbal. Do not get why he was cast much less kept on after the nasty ageist remarks. |
|
You can pretty much tell whom he likes by how he kisses them. A couple of pecks, you're out.
Nicolle is not as attractive as she thinks she is. So annoying, ugh. |
| I will say he has good taste. The F3 are all gems. I feel bad for Peg, doesn’t seem into her romantically at all. Just likes her as a person. I wonder how she’d be as Golden Bachelorette. |
SPOILER I agree with a PP, obvious it will be Cindy. I think the other two were kept a) because he likes them as people and b) because they're good contenders for Golden Bachelorette. Cheryl is lovely and sweet but too low-key to carry the lead, I think. The others have a good balance of attractive, fun, and very energetic. |
I agree. Debbie will get her heart broken- again- and will be the next golden bachelorette. I hate to say it but Peg is not pretty/ glamorous enough to be the lead. |
|
I think it will be a tough choice. Peg is by far the most interesting one, but Debbie is more conventionally attractive. And the never-having-found love narrative is compelling. Is it also a little concerning though? She may have had a bad picker, but why would GB be any different then? She reminds me a little too much of Leslie Fhima, who is a little sexier and more interesting. |
Leslie seemed emotionally fragile whereas Debbie doesn't. |
Nailed it! |
| What I hate about these shows is they mostly show the boring, generic moments: woman discusses personal struggle, bachelor comforts her. It's so formulaic. We know from bloopers in the past that there are fun moments in there, authentic moments, but they don't get shown. It's a shame. The show is making him seem like the least interesting man. |
I don't see how the Gden Bachelor series continues after this. They will probably give Debbie a season as Golden Bachelorette, but then it's done. The women don't have enough drama this season to make it interesting. Mel sure as hell isn't interesting. They aren't traveling to interesting locations. It IS very formulaic and boring. The casting has doomed Golden Bachelor. 😞 And Cindy will break up with him when she sees how he handled his divorce. She's the most similar to Mel's ex...no surprise. |

Agree it will be Cindy. She’s beautiful, youthful enough, caters to him, and is accomplished. I think that last part matters more to him than some might think. For all his faults, he’s an accomplished guy. She probably also has her own money, even if not as much as him.
Debbie’s taking him to her brother’s house? She probably lives in a small apartment. I do t remember what Peg said. |
