+1. This thread is clearly not aging well.

You think a barmy old man who can’t finish softball interviews by friendly outlets, who literally stood on stage and danced for forty minutes to random songs he likes, who can’t speak without slurring or mush mouthing the words (when he can find them), whose policies are terrible, who has no ground game, no enthusiasm - you think this is a healthy campaign.

I think Trump is running an incredibly disciplined and healthy campaign, yes, as the internal polls are clearly showing.

The McDonald's action yesterday was nothing short of masterful.

You aren’t seeing any internal polls.

The McD’s was pitiful and showed just what a husk DonOLD is.

It was brilliant. My college age kids were sharing memes of this all day. Made them dislike Trump a little less. So it’s a win for Trump

It's all over the social media sites and people are eating this up -- in a positive way. People loved this. Amazing campaign move for him.

Also in a negative way with mocking memes.

In WHAT way? He looked ridiculous. Someone's on the fence and will now vote for him based on his RonaldMCdonaldness?

Yes. Guarantee it. He is "relatable."

He has a golden toilet, but spends a few minutes at a McD drive through for political points, and that makes him "relatable"?

People are dumb.

It was funny, he looked like he genuinely had a good time doing it. People are not dumb; look where that name-calling got yall with Clinton.

My teens too

Let me guess. They are rich, privileged boys who think it’s funny that this is how someone has to make a living.

Making working at a minimum wage job a joke is not going to endear Trump to working class voters.

Because college educated white UMC women from NOVA know how to relate to min wage workers these days. Sure.

Brilliant? This is what you called brilliant? People, you should have higher expectations in life.

It was a brilliant campaign stunt. That is what we are talking about.

Why are you taking this so hard?

Because the HARRIS campaign in in a death spiral! Harris should've done this stunt tbh.

His being so rich is exactly WHY it was funny and he was a good sport about it.

Good for Trump for still being able to play the part of entertainer. He is applying for the job of POTUS which involves a very important role as Commander-in-Chief. He failed miserably at the role when he had the job the previously. Are we really going to elect a guy that is willing to serve french fries but not willing to act immediately when we have a 9/11 or 12/7/41 moment? It would be taking on a big risk to vote in a guy because you think he has better "policies" knowing that if the country is under attack, he may or may not be willing to stand up as Commander-in-Chief.

Haha, exactly. That's where he belongs as opposed to anywhere close to being the supreme commander of the US Military. Not rocket science.
