Is MoCo taking advantage of Rockville's pool

8 lane 50 M pool, 2 3 lane 25 yard pools
two 25 meter x 25 yard pools

Rockville facilities sixty eight thousand people.

A ~six lane 25 meter pool and a six lane 25 yard pool. *Oh and by the way we have to let all of MoCo swim there.*

Sounds to me that Richmond has less pool per pupil.

Also, their facility use and team membership are not residence restricted so that's counter to your other main point of contention.

Ah I don't know, haven't been there in weeks. Are they starting renovations?

I bet it was crowded there this morning seeing as how it was so chilly out.

The lifeguards at the pool I go to now continuously test the water, and it looks fabulously clear. I wonder why they don't do that at RSFC?

RFSC has self cleaning technology. Rays paid for this install last year.
