Meghan Markle and Prince Harry News and Updates

Yep. Murdock will open the flood gates on that family as soon as the Queen dies. I've long heard that he has ruinous intel on all of the senior members of the BRF. The respect that the queen enjoys is the only thing standing between that family and obsolescense.

Actually will and kate do a lot of good - just because you dont hear about it doesnt make it any less relevant. a few examples from the past year:

launching the Earthshot prize - slated to give 50 million pounds over the next 10 years for conservation and long term environmental solutions

launching "shout" an affiliate of the crisis text line that offers free, confidential mental health support 24/7 - as of 11/2020, the programme has facilitated over half a million conversations (prince william volunteers with them as well)

helped develop an initiative with the BBC to provide free digital resources to parents with young kids (maternal, mental health, educational, parental support, etc.)

and actually there is much more....

Really interesting to see the statements side by side

The palace sounds gracious and sad. the markles sound petulant and weirdly passive aggressive. no mention of course of caring for Harry's family at all.

I think the royal family should take this opportunity to work out how to support careers and lives for "spares" outside of the royal family. Things didn't go well for Margaret. Things haven't gone well for Andrew, and his daughters Beatrice and Eugenie should be private citizens like their cousins. If they start now, the royal family can support Charlotte and Louis to chart a course outside of the inner royal family.

Earthshot was founded and has done nothing in 16 months.

Shout was co-founded by Prince Harry.

I'm not sure what you're referring to with the BBC but Cambridges also have a history of waiting for funding to mysteriously be collected and tacking their name to things.

Which is why their foundation is always in the negative and they tried to steal the nearly $1 million in funds Meghan raised in her first year for the Hubb kitchen.

They won't do that. Why? The spares are built-in protection for the heirs. Their faults are magnified and put on public display to protect their siblings.

You think Charles is clean and Andrew is dirty? Nope. Charles has his own pedophile connection that no one talks about.
Margaret was portrayed as a drunk and rowdy. When in reality she was more charismatic and beautiful than her sister.
The Nazi King was an asshole but he was also universally adored by the public and his problem who took over could barely get through a public speech and smoked constantly.
Prince Harry was depicted as the 'party' prince who was always in trouble. Meanwhile he was the only one who did 10 years of military + combat service while William has a well-known drinking, anger, and women problem.

H&M responded with a pot shot statement saying everyone can live a life of service...service is universal.

They are such petulant children. Guess what? Nobody thinks what they are doing in CA is public service. They are clueless, and this is why people can’t stand them.
HOw is telling the truth a pot shot?

Beatrice and Eugenie aren’t, and never have been, working royals, even though Andrew has always been desperate for them to be in the spotlight.
Charles has talked for years about to excluding his siblings and their families from royal family duties, I wonder if he is supportive of Harry’s decision since it kind of falls in line with the idea of “slimming” down the BRF.

I don't think Murdock will do any such thing. The major papers are all owned by noble families. If the monarchy goes down, so does that titled lot.

Disagree.

I suspect the Brits will develop a new respect for William and his family for their commitment to the commonwealth and contrast it with Harry’s selfish move to cut and run.

I think the British media will be even more harsh to Harry moving forward, and more charitable to William.

Harry and Megan are irrelevant. Just a footnote in history.

As the second born of a (future?) King, he was doomed to be a footnote note not matter what.

I think that he will. Some noble families might hold an interest in some minor pubicatios, but Murdock is the king as far as publications go.

The Daily Mail is the largest publication in the U.K. and is owned by Viscount Rothmere - a billionaire.

I think that if William were given a choice, he'd leave too.
