Loudoun has -69 goal difference in ECNL! There's not a single Loudoun ECNL team with a positive goal difference. The results speak for themselves.

Wait until the 07s get to ECNL next year. You will see a big difference.

The top 3 Loudoun 07 teams are far stronger than any other club in the area.

That will be the first year that Loudoun has an ECNL team at tryouts.

I heard that their 07 teams are good, but their 08 teams are weak. Having one strong age group is not enough, if the other age groups struggle. Loudoun would need to work hard to retain their 07s from leaving for other clubs and recruit like crazy for their 08 team. If they succeed, they will be where VDA is now with strong teams in younger age groups and weaker teams in older age groups. Maybe they will even have to offer some of the top players on 07 and 08 teams "free ride" or "free to play" to retain or recruit them.
