Is A prosecutor, this doesn't mean that he's THE prosecutor. |
Pretty sure he will recuse himself. But, then look at LL--who never recused herself. |
What's he waiting for? |
no fan of DSW--but, there are lots and lots and lots of assistant US attorneys in every US Attorney's office. I seriously doubt he will get near the case. He would be in trouble if he did not recuse himself immediately if he discusses the case with anyone--and, I cannot imagine any circumstance in which he would be assigned the case. If he were THE US Attorney for DC, he would have to recuse himself--but he is one of MANY assistants. |
Awan has nothing to do with the DNC. |
For now... If he had DWS ipad password, guarantee he has information pertinent to the DNC http://observer.com/2017/07/debbie-wassermnan-schultz-imran-awan-investigation/ |
Recuse himself from what? What in the world gives you the impression that he is being assigned to this case, or is anywhere near this case, such that he'd even have to recuse himself? |
DP - yet Sessions was forced to recuse himself from the Russia Russia Russia collusion fallacy by the left because he talked to the Russian Ambassador at a reception. LOL |
Sessions is Attorney General and head of the Department of Justice! He is in charge of EVERYTHING in that department unless he recuses himself. This guy is a workaday prosecutor - can you see how those situations are different? (Let me guess: no, you can't. Low information voters be low information conspiracy theorists as well.) Oh, I see - Google tells me your insane Trump posse is salivating over this. No wonder you're here sounding like such a nut: https://www.google.com/search?q=debbie+wasserman+schultz+brother+prosecutor&rlz=1C5CHFA_enUS717US719&oq=debbie+wasserman+schultz+brother+&aqs=chrome.2.69i57j0l2.5136j0j7&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8 |
Yes PP - because Sessions was a potential witness because he did actually speak to the Ambassador AND otherwise had oversight over the case.
Here, if the attorney has no oversight over the case, there is no occasion to recuse, because he is not even working on it. Get it? To recuse you have to have some oversight over the case... |
Because majority of those 320 people have some moral standards and decency and probably would decline to do what DWS asked Awan to do. |
You'd be surprised, pp, how many of us are actually high information voters, yet given decades of living, ie., experience and judgement, just don't agree with you. |
Meanwhile Awan was only going to Pakistan to visit family and DWS knew it was a "vacation". He promised he was coming back even though he was liquidating all of his real estate before last weeks arrest.

This has nothing to do with agreeing with me - this is a basic lack of understanding about who should be recused when. Leave out your complaints about Loretta Lynch - I will admit, I've paid no attention whatsoever to anything involving her and when she should or shouldn't have recused herself. I have no idea; maybe you're right she should have and didn't. The person who keeps insisting Wasserman Schultz's brother needs to recuse himself is either just saying dumb things because it's fun, or really believes them, and therefore just has zero understanding. Low information or low energy troll - you pick. |
DWS has shown us all that ethics aren't high on her priority list. Birds of a feather flock together. |
