I seriously doubt he will get near the case. He would be in trouble if he did not recuse himself immediately if he discusses the case with anyone--and, I cannot imagine any circumstance in which he would be assigned the case. If he were THE US Attorney for DC, he would have to recuse himself--but he is one of MANY assistants. [/quote]
