Of course it's going to be a shitty book. Most people write the way they speak, and Danni does not speak intelligently. She doesn't know the words she would need to use to adequately capture what she wants to say. It is what it is. Hopefully she wises up to the fact that this isn't her forte and hires a ghost writer.

I cringed reading her "snippets"... I guarantee she thought the stripper one would make people curious, and it did, just not the way she was hoping. I don't care who her stripped friend is/was, I'm curious as to how she thinks anyone with a functioning brain and a pulse will pay money to read that drivel.

You do realize that the person (or people) who said this forum was 'sacred' were saying that because they don't want this thread to be a part of the DCUM forums anymore. So I guess joke's on you because you essentially just made fun of someone that is actually on your side. Also, I thought we already established that in fact, not all of us are moms, nor are we all middle-aged. I'm far from it, actually. So you should probably find another way to insult all of us, as I believe there are also a few men on the thread as well.

One last thing. I'm a little confused why you would be saying that Danni's book shouldn't be extraordinary? Ok, so maybe calling it "extraordinary" is a little overkill, however, you can agree that she should at least intend on all of the parts of her book being good, and readable, correct? I mean, who flies all the way to London with the intention of writing a book that's a big bag of shit? That seems a little odd to me. I guess that if I were taking the time to write a book on my life, I would make sure I was putting the best of the best into it, and actually give readers something that lives up to all the hype she's been trying to create about this book for the last two months. But whatever.

You seem to have a side when you're refuting every one of our opinions and calling us 'just a bunch of middle aged housewives'. The people who called the forum 'sacred' seem to share your same views, hence, me saying they're 'on your side'.

I knew what you meant by "sides". Just clarifying I'm not on a "side". These are not teams. This is getting too weird.

Oh my god, and you say we nitpick? I'll clarify since I was apparently extremely wrong when I suggested "sides". That person was in agreement with you, and you made fun of them. Does that make it better if I say it that way? At the end of the day, you still trashed someone who shared your same view. Although I would be willing to bet that it was meant to be a bit tongue in cheek when the poster said the forum was "sacred". I think that if anyone actually thought these forums were that important, they're crazier than any of us.

Well based on her facebook following, I think she can probably sell maybe 100 ebook copies if she keeps the price reasonable even if she forgoes an actual editor, which she very well may. If she simply pays a service to convert the draft she has to an ebook version, which I believe costs in the neighborhood of $300-$500 although I could be wrong on that, she can easily make some quick money.

If she is actually serious about publishing a book that has value, I very much doubt she will find a publisher willing to sign on to this unless she has a friend who knows someone in the publishing business. A good editor I imagine would cost probably $65-$75 and from reading these early snippets, a lot of editing would be required.

However, other than producing a finished product that reads well, I am not sure an actual editor will increase the number of purchases. She may stay cheap (probably the best idea) and do a quick ebook with no editing.

I just don't know what she has done in her life that is interesting enough to write a book about. I mean, I'm interested in the Kane show drama but I don't think I would buy a book that probably won't even mention it and includes snippets about strippers or her mom being half black or whatever.

Rather spend my money on a book about someone who actually has accomplished something significant or at least who has interesting out of the ordinary stories to tell.
