This is true, but only because of tbe far-right's refusal or inability to self reflect and take personal responsibility for their words and actions. It's not our fault they're hypocrites and a-holes.

It’s not good for democrats who have been calling for gun control repeatedly after every mass shooting?!

Remember that it was Senator Mike Lee (R-Utah) who tweeted jokes about the shootings of the lawmakers in Minnesota. I wonder if he finds this shooting in his own state just as funny?

I would never advocate for violence and, of course, think this is incredibly wrong, but I am having a very hard time feeling sorry for a man who publically stated that he was ok with someone else dying if he got to keep his gun. I guess he feels that it's ok for him to die too so other people can keep their guns? Or does that make him an unprincipled hypocrite?

Before you come at me about his children, yes, I feel bad for them. They don't deserve him for a father. But did he feel bad for the children who died as a result of gun violence?

DP but how we treat each other does matter. Politicians used to model civility and respect for our fellow Americans and this is why. That time is in the past now. I’m a democrat and this event has made my stomach twist. This is the path we have chosen.
