The FBI has *ARRESTED* a sitting judge in Milwaukee, over allegations it obstructed immigration enforcement.

Was she a lawyer advising clients? So let me get this straight. You want to arrest lawyers giving advice to clients even though she is currently holding another job?

What the F? This is insane. Who are you people?

I'm saying a judge that will lead someone to escape from arrest by ICE, will probably be coaching people on what lies to tell to get asylum.
These asylum cases are mostly bogus.

If El Salvador is now safe. (Almost everyone agrees with this). So Why are there still people seeking refuge in the United States on safety claims. At what point do we say, “okay it’s safe to return because conditions have changed!” That country is a nice place to live now. Americans are going to beach resorts there, no kidding

Then you should know the SCOTUS Fischer decision won’t apply here.

How is it obstruction when the Supreme Court said that applies to documents and evidence?

Can anyone explain this?

They are economic migrants. Their asylum claims were always bogus. It’s laughable that we have illegals coming here “seeking asylum” in a country that has a far higher murder rate.

True. Why not revoke TPS for 200,000+ Salvadorans so they can return to the “safest country in the Western Hemisphere”?

Someone, ehem, keep bringing in a S.court case that deals with congressional hearings and a very specific federal statute. PP : do you know how to ask this in AI? AI summary will answer your question.

Lawyers are obsolete now and no longer necessary to answer your questions

i mean part of me wants to book a ticket to get a cheap hotel rate before that policy takes place. The other part of me wants to wait bc there will be american trained service workers at those resorts/ It’s gonna be really nice. My friend goes to Panama but it seems so far —and it’s a little expensive now

I hope so! You have a right to counsel in the Constitution

Not for civil violations you don’t.

If you don’t live in the DC or MD or VA area and your kids don’t go to public schools it’s hard to understand the situation and pressures on our public resources.

More children using the seats in the classroom cause multiple issues. It’s real and you can imagine. I’d love a world where we can educate everyone— but we can’t. Maybe some guests should return if it is same for them to return. They can help rebuild their country and use the skills they learned in the
US. Our training and time to regroup will help them do that. I am happy we contributed to that county in that way.

Why not? It’s the same statute.

It is not a crime. The judge was arrested to suppress the rule of law.

We were told many times "no one is above the law". That means this Judge as well.
