The initial story made it sound like she helped him sneak out and evade through private access. That's not what was shown. That hallway and exit were public access. The judge had no detention orders for this person so she had no obligation to detain him or prevent him from leaving.

He wasn't running or even hurrying to flee in the hall. He and his lawyer were both walking very calmly. They even road the elevator down with agents without any issue. The running didn't start until he had exited the courthouse and the agents verbally identified themselves to detain him.

The victims of this illegal alien were waiting in the courtroom. So she adjourned the hearing so the scumbag could get away. The video makes that clear.

Alleged victims.

They look more like hillbillies than federal agents. At least they weren’t wearing masks.

She approached the two FBI agents that she knew of and told them to go wait in the Chief Judge's chamber, out of sight.

She didn't know about the third FBI employee leaning on the wall.

Of course he didn't hurry. That can make it look like you are anxious or fleeing.

She’s guilty and needs to sentenced to prison time for the.

Pillar, ehhh?

Until recently they have been a protected class of criminal, kind of like illegal aliens. The party is over and we dodged a bullet, probably a lot of them.

If a judge is harboring a fugitive in their home as is alleged in New Mexico, that would be illegal. A judge keeping jurisdiction over their own courtroom, is not a violation of the law. Have some common sense, please.

Oh but it is. I don't know what f-up planet you live on. What she did WAS illegal. PERIOD.

I'm a judge and sign all paperwork for laundering money for my benefit in my court room. It's within the four corners.

Big roll eyes.

Your post is incorrect. The defendant ushered the illegal immigrant and his lawyer into a private jury area not open to the public. They exited the jury area into a courthouse hallway.

She sped up the proceedings so she could get him out of there before the agents returned. Even the state prosecutor was not told about the case being adjourned.

The alleged victims deserve actual justice, not this dude disappearing into a detention center and deported. If he’s guilty he needs to face justice, not just leave the country.

The judge didn't allow that to happen.

Right now all rules are suspended per Trump. Why should anyone follow the law if he doesn’t (or pardons every GOP crook)?

Admin is complaining about Trump and Pardons on the front page.

The irony.
