They are such petulant children. Guess what? Nobody thinks what they are doing in CA is public service. They are clueless, and this is why people can’t stand them.

You can't be stripped of something that you gave up. But it's okay, continue to seethe. I love to see it.

Stating facts is not seething. But, keep up your "theories" of jealousy and "seething" lol ( not pp)

Meg still has Mayhew, Smartworks and Luminary and Harry has Invictus and Sentabale. Along with the U.S projects and commitments, they will be plenty busy.

Yep. Wow - Meghan and Harry can no longer show up for a 10-minute ribbon cutting. I do feel bad for the patronage’s and hope they can get a royal who will fundraise for them and see them more than once every seven years.

At least one charity asked that Meg continue on as a non-royal patron. But the Queen, as petty as ever, said no..not if they want a royal patron. I think that after some time, that just may happen. Because even as non-working royals, M&H still bring more attention to organizations than the remaining working royals.

But they're not there. They've left the country, literally.

They unroyaled themselves. They won't be showing up for tea. They're gone.

The rest of the royals are hiding in their palaces literally. They’ve barely been seen in public (or for tea) since Meghan+Harry left.

dP I think that has more to do with Covid, darling than Meghan or Harry!

So then why say they're not there? What does it matter if none of the royals are showing up for anything?

Disagree.

I suspect the Brits will develop a new respect for William and his family for their commitment to the commonwealth and contrast it with Harry’s selfish move to cut and run.

I think the British media will be even more harsh to Harry moving forward, and more charitable to William.

No. With the economic devastation wreaked by Brexit and the pandemic, and William and Kate's lack of concern for the suffering, this move looks weak. Even royalists are going to be asking what use the BRF has in a suffering Britain.

The British have been calling William and his family lazy for years.

Aside from that W+K were 'part-time royals' all the way up until 2017. They got 5+ years of marriage with limited appearances and duties. 2 of those years they spent living in the middle of nowhere - a fishing village where William barely took on enough hours to qualify as a pilot.

That is all H+M asked for (six months before they left the royal family in January 2020).

"That's" not what H&M asked for. They wanted to hit the ground running, etc. You're retconning.

The comments on the BBC FB article are spot on.

“They have now become a member of the overpaid, pointless, celebrity circus, spouting platitudes and offering verbal support without doing any actual work or offering any financial support. Harry is happy he has someone to organise his life, and Meghan has the life she believes she is entitled to, all because she has married a member of the British Royal family.”

Lots of comments about how Harry benefited tremendously from his Royal upbringing and now he’s cashing in on it. He’s largely seen as a selfish traitor.

DP. You don't seem to understand what a "fact" is. In any event, that poster is definitely seething. Stewing. Sulking. Etc.

You don't like Kate's zoom calls?

The royals are not supposed to be "feeding the hungry", that's actually the job of the government. You know that but just don't care.

It is the difference between the Royal family staying put during the London raids and leaving for safety in the country. Meghan and Harry aren't even in the same country and I
I've read that Will and Kate have been doing zoom calls with first responders etc So they are working just not in person.

Let's face it. The Queen was going to strip them anyway. Them announcing just saves face ( in their minds) I think the only ones who will be "seething" is you stans of Meghan and Harry!

Yesterday Prince Charles and Camilla visited a hospital to thank frontline workers, and William did zoom visits to thank workers.

So, they’re working this week while Harry is putting out petulant retorts to the Queen’s statement and promoting his Oprah kvetching.

Am I the only one who thinks "thanking workers" and "visiting hospitals" is a complete waste of people's time?

I do not think Kate's Zoom calls matter. What I do think is that in a severely economically depressed country, the BRF comes across as out of touch and selfish. And this move looks weak. They should just ignore H&M. Going to the effort to strip patronages during a pandemic? It gives H&M attention and makes the Palace look defensive.

Idk if Louis will ever see the throne tbh. Too many anti-royalists these days. Everyone is just waiting for the Queen to pass, because she is beloved, but none of the others are much liked. I mean they shouldn't be much liked. They are a bunch of pedophile-protecting racist grifters.

Oh, don't get me wrong. I hate H&M too. I'm anti-royalist. Hate them all and think they should all go away. But that PP was definitely seething and sulking. I mostly read this thread because the wildly resentful seething and whining from MM haters is entertaining though, so thanks for that.

The British as usual are pissed. Especially the old men. They act like H+M stole the milk bottles from their doorsteps.
