NVA may very well have kept this to themselves only to leave Valor high and dry.

loudoun girls haven’t finished the announcement. Why would valor announce something when there is nothing to announce

It wouldn’t surprise me if PE/upper leadership knew but they didn’t tell coaches. I really don’t think my child’s coach knew based on things they were saying relatively recently.

We need to know if they even found one guy or gal deserving of any kind of coach award.

Where does the money go for this club? 3000 fees for a crappy parent coach, $100 ticket to eat $10 worth of food...

This club is becoming an embarrassment. We were sold on the Pre-ECNL due to the alliance with NVA and now that is gone. Where is the accountability from leadership? We have one kid on the boys and one on the girls. Cory, Paul and Craig should be talking to each team about their plans for the boys and girls side. Being transparent is the best policy and it starts with communication. Have any of the Pre-ECNL coaches addressed this their teams. Ours haven’t.

180 pages of complaints suggests this is not the club for honesty and transparency.

This is tryout season for the high level teams and they are being dishonest by hiding this information until their best player miss the chance to try out elsewhere.

Not a word for from our pre-ecnl coach. This is total bs. For the amount of loyalty almost everyone on the team has had to this club it's a slap in the face.
