Apart from the assault itself, these last couple of weeks have been the hardest of my life. I have had to relive my trauma in front of the entire world, and have seen my life picked apart by people on television, in the media, and in this body who have never met me or spoken with me. I have been accused of acting out of partisan political motives. Those who say that do not know me. I am a fiercely independent person and I am no one’s pawn. My motivation in coming forward was to provide the facts
about how Mr. Kavanaugh’s actions have damaged my life, so that you can take that into serious consideration as you make your decision about how to proceed. It is not my responsibility to determine whether Mr. Kavanaugh deserves to sit on the Supreme Court. My responsibility is to tell the truth.

Yup. Victims get victimized through the incident and then the process of proving the incident. Sad that our nation's lawmaking body has reinforced that fact.

Any lawyer who's not a moron would refuse to submit to the Star Chamber proceedings that are guaranteed by a party that said the accusations against BK are just a "hiccup" and that it will "plow right through them" and get him on the SCOTUS. Any interview or hearing needs to be televised so the country can see this infamy in broad daylight.

Then, she will NEVER get a hearing. Enough with making demands on this committee.
I strongly question her credibility.

Says who? Is that you, Chuck? You work for the people (or at least you're supposed to).
And the people will make demands, and you'll be responsive to them.

From her statement it seems they were “house parties” but were not necessarily HS parties (unclear), and that she went until she herself became a victim.

No. She said she was raped in '82 but went to parties '82-'83.

So young people should never go to a party again if something bad happens? I mean, I can understand not wanting to, but that's an individual decision. I fell off a balcony during Beach Week and broke my ankle, but that didn't stop me from going back the next year for more stupid partying.

Falling off a balcony was something you did to yourself. That is totally different. If you saw women getting forced to drink tainted punch and boys were lining up to take turns raping them, would you really go to a party where those boys were going to be? If you didn't know, and they showed up, would you really stay and party with them? Would you partake of that rapey punch?

I mean, damn. My son went to a HS party last year and some guy showed some people he had a gun. He and his friends left the party. Fast forward to this year. They go to a party and lo and behold, that guy shows up. Guess what they did? They hauled ass out of the party. And that dude wasn't shooting anybody with it.

Did you call the cops on this kid? Or, do you not learn from history either?

Not reporting criminal activity is might suspicious. Unless you're an accomplice?

She also had her polygraph done in MD on Aug. 7. Wondering if she flew or drive. I know she was vacationing on the east coast during this time, according to the letter she gave to Feinstein.

Finally, someone is asking the important questions.

And this woman is alleging she committed statutory rape? Those boys were younger than 18 at the time, and she was a few years older.

Once a person is caught telling one lie, it throws their entire testimony into question. Why did she say she was afraid to fly? Just an excuse to not have tot testify under oath?

The timeline is getting later and later. We’re in the late 90s now. He needs to withdraw.

Where do you see that?

The 4th accusation is from 1998. Letter to Senator Gardner of Colorado.
