Plane crash DCA?

Just wanted to come here and say that my heart hasn’t hurt for people I don’t know this much since Sandy Hook. the human stories of the victims are just hard to digest. The three brilliant attorneys one celebrating her birthday and changing her flight to be on that plane, the father flight attendant whose daughter was getting married in 3 weeks, the 12 year old skater that beat cancer, the adopted 16 year old phenom skater, the whole family of 4 wiped out. Really just so many stories too many to list. Such a tragedy, not ready to shift to the how and why, just praying for those impacted. It hurts for me and I don’t know any personally, just really sad for the families of everyone involved.

How can the pilots name be with held? They are a government employee that wrecked something I partially paid for.

People don’t seem to understand the difference between a name being temporarily and permanently withheld. They said the release has been delayed. Not cancelled.

NTSB will release a preliminary report is expected in 30 days. Is that enough for you or do you need to know what happened right this minute?

I know everyone is hyper focused on the pilot who caused this accident. I am heartbroken that this flight was half full of children and their families. This is a heartbreaking accident.

I’m less concerned about her name than her training, qualifications, performance, and medical history, including mental and emotional health. Those will be essential for the investigation.
