Same.

FWIW, our acceptance letter came on Saturday in a perforated envelope.

There’s hope!

I know of four kids in my kid’s class who received acceptance letters. I don’t think that any more than four would be accepted from one school, but really I am just guessing.

I'm impressed that you know this information so soon!

My kids class has three (3) accepted; 2 waitlisted. (20910)

Good luck to everyone!

On Friday, the MCPS website changed to state that letters would be mailed on April 1st.
I am therefore hoping that after that Friday batch they sent, this second batch will be acceptances too, and not just wait lists and rejections.

I'll keep my fingers crossed. We got an acceptance on Saturday, but haven't heard about many other acceptances at my kid's school which seems unusual.

We haven't heard anything, either way. I do know of three other students at our school that got an acceptance letter, though. We're Lucy Barnsley.

To clarify above, we are zoned for the Barnsley CES (it's not our home school).

Have any other Ashburton families heard anything? The school shares a few zip codes, so hard to tell from that. I told DC to keep acceptance quiet, wondering if other kids are doing the same.

Same, at a school zoned for Barnsley. Three acceptances that I know of, and one waitlist.

Same for us. No one was talking yesterday. Hopefully we'll hear more tomorrow, if parents receive letters today...

How do you know? My DS was accepted but is reluctant to tell others because he knows most did not get in. I don’t want to tell anyone for the same reason. I just assumed I would find out at the open house.
