OP here: Rent but looking to buy my own condo over the next 6+ months. I pay $1,400/month to rent a 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bathroom condo that is about 1,450 sq ft and it kills me writing out that check every month when I could be owning my own place.

NP here. You ever use google? It's like a one or two step process. Have you ever tried to track down a missing person, learn why he went missing, and then determine that he was lying? Ive' never done that before, but I guarantee it's unarguably more complicated than googling the word Pewterschmidt. Man, some of you are really reaching here, trying to bust OP's chops. The nitpicking is getting you nowhere, and making YOU sound desperate.
