I think the outcome of the 2000 presidential election would prove that, yes, ideology trumps good law, even for the Supreme Court.

well, seeing as Roe is horrible law, appointing one more sensible justice who understands the Constitution, would be a good start. I have faith in Roberts to do the right thing given the chance. Scalia, Alito and Thomas are givens. So one more good judge.

So you are either celibate or only have intercourse when your wife is ovulating/when you are ovulating. I mean, if LIFE is so precious, you can't trust contraception, which is pretty much like abortion anyway and ends LIFE and allows women agency in their own lives. Watch this video, IT IS NOT a real abortion I am not trolling. It is a cartoon illustrations of a D&C at 20 weeks. If there is a no heart beat and the baby is not alive then I don't have a problem with it but if this is a convenience pregnancy tell me if this seems ok to you?
