Gross.

Stop trying to make the woman the helpless victim. She put herself in the situation where her professionalism and reporting is now questionable. She's a journalist covering him not the other way around.

+1. It's gross paternalism to think that she can't be held accountable for her actions.

GMAFB.

It's sexist to always focus on the woman, not the man, in these situations.

This is different situation. She is a reporter apparently hooking up with a source/subject/in the know on the one thing she reports. She is married and has been accused of this before.

Excuses.

Not one thread trashing a guy having an affair.

And look at the title of this thread - it's about what SHE did. They're both gross, and anyone defending his behavior and crucifying her should be ashamed of themselves.

Funny how OP only started a thread about HER. It’s never about the guy.

That's not remotely the point.

What is your point? That poor little women can't be held responsible for their actions.

That rabid hags will viciously tear apart complete strangers for sport.

Seems like women like you and Dianna can't seem to figure out why the sisterhood doesn't rally around you. It's truly a mystery.

The “sisterhood” is toxic garbage.

You are the worst of women.

Uh huh sure. But you looooove the women messing around with other women's husbands and sleeping their way to the top! Rah rah!

Strawman. Literally no one said she's a "helpless victim".

The rabid attacks on women (by other women) is repulsive.

Why do you feel the need to go after these strangers and judge/jury them?

She massively effed up. She owned it, why can't you?

I'm not talking about her behavior.

I'm talking about the repulsive vultures who get off on trashing women.

Lol as if nobody trashes men. Come on.

But do they? How many professional athletes are out there doing this exact stuff and nobody bats an eye? Look no further than our White House to see that men get a pass for this.

Exactly.

Not a problem when the orange lard sack does it with a pregnant wife at home.

So you admit it's wrong you just don't want any woman to face consequences unless that one man does? Sorry. Nope. I don't want to live in that world.

I haven’t made any comments about this woman you are all trashing.

The bigger issue is how gossipy vultures get off on crucifying complete strangers.

Nobody is even talking about her. This is over and people moved on. She resigned, case closed.

I obviously didn’t say that.

The issue is that the gossipy hags only go after the women - viciously.

What he did is wrong too. That's a matter for he and his wife, as well as his employer to deal with.

What she did is still entirely different because she is a REPORTER. It completely destroys credibility for a reporter to fraternize with their subjects, much less sleep with them. This isnt complicated on why it is different how they are being treated.

And nobody is really saying that much about her. She resigned? Good. That's pretty much the end of it except for someone losing their mind lashing out calling everyone else wild names.

+1

NFL reporters, build and nurture relationships with head coaches, scouts, “insiders”. that’s how they get the scoops and a lot of their information. Sleeping with your sources is absolutely not OK and as a journalist, she should know better which is why she’s getting the treatment she is.

The New England Patriots will have to deal with Vrabel, he might have a morality clause in his contract, or not! And there might be a lot more gray area on what that means.

I'll try to use small words so you can understand. She can, and should, be held responsible for her actions. The point is that she is dealing with more because she's a woman. If it were a male reporter and a female coach, everyone would make a bigger deal about what the coach did and let the male reporter get away with less.

The more you talk the dumber you sound. You can't seem to understand that they have different jobs and different expectations and therefore different consequences. She got caught flying a little too close to the sun. Oh well.

Show me where I said that. I'll wait.

The point, which you seem incapable of grasping, is that if the roles were reversed she would still take the majority of the heat.

You are such an argumentative idiot I sincerely hope you're not married to a woman or in charge of any women at work.
