Sad, that, while they may have bias, they are reporting news that no one else will report. It is a fact that a complaint has been filed. Is it accurate? Time will tell, but it appears so.

It goes along with FCPS policy and their stand against the Dept of Education.

The real question is: why are other outlets not reporting it?

And…. No one is disputing that these events actually happened. The lawsuit isn’t the inciting event. It’s the kid who stared and the county’s response that has people upset. So if this boy says he is girl then he can go to girls locker room? How do we know he is really transgender? Basically, what if boy pretends and then touch girl inappropriately? Why have this kind of risk? Who is in charge of verification of transgender?

Self identified. And, what about the "gender fluid" kids? Boy on Monday, Wednesday and Friday? Girl on Tuesday and Thursday?

Yes.

And FCPS does not allow principals to confirm with the parents if tge boy is actually transgendered.

"Gender fluid" boys can also decide when and under which circumstances they enter girls l9cker rooms and bathrooms. They can be a boy all day long, and simply identify as girl only at certain times or if certain girls are going into the bathrooms (as happened at our FCPS high school). The school is not allowed to question him. The girls are told they must accommodate him, even if every adult at the school knows he is not transgender.

This does not make any sense and is a very slippery slope. What are parents telling their girls to do in cases such as this?

You don’t read much do you - higher unemployment, fewer job postings (public and private), more housing inventory - all while many feds are still getting paid. The worst is yet to come and since Nova is the economic powerhouse of VA, the whole state will suffer.
