He really, really can't think on his feet, and so he has some sort of stock answers that are basically "just wait until you see what we've got -- it's awesome. The best. You'll love it." It's like his binders of women. He's got a great, non specific plan that no one will ever see because it doesn't exist, but its phenomanal and very stable-genius-like. That's just the way he campaigns. But here he stepped in it, because this was a question with a simple answer.

Narrator: He is open to birth control restrictions.

They plan to do this via enforcement of the Comstock Act.

Per their very own published plan, Project 2025.

They don’t have 60 votes in the Senate in support of abortion. Hopefully they do in support of birth control (but who the f*** knows at this point.

They will be fine with eliminating birth control until it happens and they find out no women what to have sex with them anymore.

Or, if they are a Republican woman, will get repeatedly pregnant until they die, just like the "good old days."

The idea that contraception is "a tough vote" for anyone just goes to show how screwed up and backwards the Republicans are. They claimed that abortion was harming another human. What's their claim about birth control?

There is no reality of us not having a
National Abortion ban
National Contraceptives ban.

None zero zip nadda.

Full stop period if any Republican wins the Presidency, Senate, House. If they are the majority in two of these women and minorities are screwed.

There is no reality Project 2025 will not be implemented day one. And by the way it has not all been released yet! ugh

Believe what trump says!

Trump backtracks after suggesting he’s open to states restricting birth control access

The beady eyed billionaires who are not maga (but want the GOP in power) must get very annoyed that Trump is such a loose cannon.

Theu don't give a tinkler's dam about anything but their money. Every woman who cares about reproductive freedom needs to pay attention

The woman's vote is imperative to beat Trump.

Absolutely

It is worse than this.

If you want your daughters and granddaughters educated and having jobs vote. Because the GOP wants women out of the workforce. That is the ultimate goal.

Dems like Schumer & Durbin suck they have powers in the Senate and they are failing like usual. UGH.

Still I will vote blue all the way down that ballot.

They don’t have magical powers though.

Since you're a leg whiz, what is the strategy here? What powers are they not using?

how are the failing? They are doing what the can under the rules.

Yes, the rules need to be changed. That isn't Schumer's fault. Take a look at GOP funded Manchin and Sinema for that.
