Unemployment depends on how you count it. If people just retire and you stop counting them, then of course you're going to have low unemployment rates.

What exactly would you like the House to do? Just keep passing spending bills of every social program and handout you want because "you want"? Well F no. Your whole outlook on budgets is screwed up. The problem is not that black people will support Trump, they won't. The problem is they may not vote at all. My son won't vote for anyone who supports the war in Israel. He's pissed with Biden. We are black. He definitely won't vote R.
