Thinking you can pin a stabbing on someone else honestly doesn't seem like a mistake a LE would make. But who knows?

Is there any chance this really was all AP? She did this all w/o BB knowing in advance? She's originally going to call the cops to report she shot JR in defense of CB and BB arrives, flips out because there's no way cops we'll believe JR stabbed CB based on the scene, and then spends the 15 minutes trying to make it look like JR stabbed CB/he killed CB/AP just happens to be there?

Another poster said that there is a lot of forensic work going into the data collection from phones and computers. The husband gives me the vibe of a guy who thinks he is the smartest guy in the room. I think he tried to plant messages to make it seem like his wife was afraid of JR, which would give JR motive for killing her, and reason for him to rush home as an excuse.

Seems like they were letting it play out hoping for a stronger case against him until they came up to her visa expiring.

The numbers just don't seem to add up.

Does anyone else remember the case of the pastor whose pregnant wife was killed in what seemed to be a set up and who had a nanny for his son who was heavily involved in the plotting. Vibes of that. Think it may have been IN?

I’m familiar with au pair agencies. They would have never left the au pair there unless the police suggested that and AP agreed.

Yeah...really bizarre how LE was just ok with them living a normal life as if nothing happened. Now that they have enough evidence to charge the AP for murder, that just means everyone in the neighborhood have been put in danger for 7+ months. Not cool.

I like this theory, would be the pretext to shoot him too, as part of the plot that he was some scary big guy who had not been invited.

But why did he lie on 911 call? Doubt it was out of "true love" for Juliana, spaths can't love anyone.

I think it was meant to appear that he was rushing in as a hero to save the day.

I said I bet Brendan listened to that with her, they peaked well before her time, would be odd for someone her age to be a big FOB fan, his age, not so much.

The one who has kept his mouth shut is likely hoping they don't have enough to stick a case against him.

LE has really seemed to focus on him since Day 1, it is usually the husband. Joe was an attempted deflection in all likelihood.

They were trying to build a strong enough case to nail someone for the stabbing.

The killings were targeted, they were not Bonnie & Clyde. Until they could develop the forensic evidence would not have had grounds to hold them. The neighbors were in no danger. Only Joe and Christine, who LE has consistently called "victims."

At least someone has been charged for murdering Joe. Hopefully there will be a conviction.

Hoping Christine received the same justice.

That someone that was a victim advocate had her life brutally cut short this way, likely by those living in her own home is so sad. And her little daughter is even more tragic.

NONE of this had to happen. Many men don't want to split the money.
