Florida less southern and lots of Jewish people if that's what you want or are Jewish. It attracts NY NJ more. TN easier to get into than UGA but seems to be changing each year so prob irrelevant soon!

Florida politics is affecting FL higher education. TN is not the same caliber as UGA.

Are you not able to follow the chain? The question posed was why UGA gets fewer apps than UTK. UGA being "obviously superior to Tennessee" would suggest it should receive more apps, not fewer.
