+1, except Florida is highly underrated. It's really a top option that gets overlooked by people not in the South. UCSD is also great, I think both are good where they are.

You are backward.
UF is at least a state flaship that attracts many of the top students in the state of FL.
W&M and UCSD are 2nd rate regional state schools.
