Obviously this changes based on interests. If you want STEM, CMU and Georgia Tech go higher while Yale goes lower, etc.

No 2nd rate state schools over 30% acceptance rate don't beong here and too many LACs not many people cares

+1, except Florida is highly underrated. It's really a top option that gets overlooked by people not in the South. UCSD is also great, I think both are good where they are.

UF is at least a state flaship that attracts many of the top students in the state of FL.
W&M and UCSD are 2nd rate regional state schools.
