I'll be trying to eat out of my well-stocked freezer and pantry. I have frozen turkey burgers, pork tenderloin, chicken breasts, and sausages. I'll be making sides of pasta, sweet potatoes, and coconut rice. Tons of veggies on hand - I'll roast brussels sprouts, saute zucchini with onion, make cucumber salad & also a green bean salad.
