I'll be trying to eat out of my well-stocked freezer and pantry. I have frozen turkey burgers, pork tenderloin, chicken breasts, and sausages. I'll be making sides of pasta, sweet potatoes, and coconut rice. Tons of veggies on hand - I'll roast brussels sprouts, saute zucchini with onion, make cucumber salad & also a green bean salad. Lots of naan and sourdough, plus breads my mom made for us at Christmas.

Brownies
Chocolate chip cookies

Ground chicken with celephane noodle stir fry.

Maybe the new viral dumpling casserole.

Dumpling casserole link?

don’t bother-way overhyped. Nobody really liked it when we made it (and yes we followed the directions 100%).

Apparently, I am getting soup with some leftover frozen smoked turkey from Thanksgiving.

What is your short rib taco recipe?

Stroganoff, and pumpkin pie since I love it and don't just have it at thanksgiving. Maybe deviled eggs since we have a lot of eggs.

It's my son's birthday Friday so we will have pizza and cookie cake. Starting off a snow weekend REAL STRONG.
Anticipating M and T closure with W delay.
I am going to make hot cocoa on the stovetop and then freeze it in souper cubes so I only have to make it once
Chocolate chip cookies (making now)
Yeast rolls (making now)
On the menu
Chili and cornbread, use leftover chili later on with baked potatoes
French toast and bacon Sunday
Meatloaf with wedge fries
Spaghetti
Maybeeee broccoli and cheese soup.

As long as we have electricity, the same things I had meal planned for. Already have our groceries. I hope we don't totally run out of fresh fruit and veg, but I have plenty frozen and canned from the summer to enjoy.
